At ISCCM Surat, we strive to provide high-quality academic events, conferences, and training programs. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which registrations, event tickets, and training program fees may be cancelled or refunded. By registering for our events or training programs, you agree to the following:
1. Event & Training Program Registrations
- All registrations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon successful payment.
- Once registered, participants are expected to attend the event/training as scheduled.
2. Cancellation by Participant
- Cancellations requested up to 14 days before the event/program date: 80% of the registration fee will be refunded (after deducting administrative/processing charges).
- Cancellations requested within 7–13 days before the event/program date: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- Cancellations requested less than 7 days before the event/program date: No refund will be provided.
- No refund will be issued for non-attendance (no-shows) without prior written communication.
3. Cancellation by ISCCM Surat
- In the unlikely event that ISCCM Surat cancels an event or training program, registered participants will be notified promptly.
- Participants will be offered either:
- A full refund of the registration fee, or
- The option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date or another ISCCM Surat event/program.
4. Transfer of Registration
- Registrations are generally non-transferable.
- However, in special cases, participants may request to transfer their ticket/seat to another individual by emailing us at surat.isccm@gmail.com at least 7 days before the event/program.
- Approval of such transfers will be at the sole discretion of ISCCM Surat.
5. Refund Processing
- All approved refunds will be processed and credited within 10-15 working days to the original payment method of receving the cancellation request
- Refunds will be credited back through the original mode of payment only.
